Do you shoot destination weddings?
YES! I love travel and am always open to discussing potential destination weddings. Make sure to reach out with plenty of time ahead so we can make it happen!
What happens if the weather is bad?
It depends on the forecast and session type. For my couples I'd say let's embrace it! Wild weather makes for absolutely beautiful photos, and enhances those emotions in a way that’s breathtaking to photograph. But for my families with small children, yeah, not fun for anyone so we can definitely reschedule!
Do you deliver Raw Images?
I do not.
When you hire me (and almost all photographers) we don't give our RAWs. There is a strenuous culling process we go through to deliver a gallery that is curated just for you. Taking photos is only part of the job. Editing your photos takes the most time and care, and it's a huge part of what a photographer is hired for.
What if we have to cancel/reschedule?
I get it, life is so unpredictable! If you've already booked with me and have to reschedule, the retainer fee is non refundable and a new retainer fee will need to be paid to secure another date. If it is for any reason out of your control, I am here for you and we will work something out.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! The travel is included in the prices of my packages above, but if you are wanting photos outside of those locations, I charge 78c/km.
For the Cardston/Waterton area, I make regular visits so extra travel costs will not apply when I'm in the area.
Can we bring our dog?
I insist.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Extensions are absolutely allowed and will be invoiced accordingly. So long as I'm not double booked, we can totally extend your session the day of!
What would cause the package price to increase?
Good question. Sometimes a package's price can increase if we're looking to rent a studio space, add a second shooter or if we're extending the session time. Heavy Photoshop treatment requests takes a lot of additional time in the editing process and will also incur additional fees. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about package price increases. I will always talk you through this and don't worry - there will never be any surprise fees not previously discussed and agreed upon!
Are payment plans available?
Absolutely! I want you to have your dream photos without having to break the bank! So I am happy to work with you to create a plan and an amount you feel comfortable paying over a period of 3 months. A contract is required and your images will be delivered once the full amount is paid.
How long is turn around time?
Depending on my workload, you typically receive your photos within 2 weeks! Weddings are 6-8 weeks. I stay close in touch to update you along the way and I promise it is worth the wait.
What do we wear?
Don't worry, I got you! I am here to guide you and answer ANY questions you may have! A general rule is to keep it simple. I'm also only an email, text, or Facetime away if you need some help deciding on fits! It's all part of the fun and I LOVE it.
